The hotel layout was beautiful with open air
hallways around the pool, which created a lovely atmosphere. The room was elegant, but the bathroom could be more spacious. Staff, especially Manuel, were friendly and helpful. The covered parking was a nice touch.

The staff made me feel welcome and appreciated.
Upon entering my room, a strong odor hit me. It felt like it hadn't been cleaned properly, as the floor was dirty and there was black mold in the shower. The air conditioning didn’t work, and the remotes given to me were outdated and useless. I was left with no choice but to open the windows for ventilation, which compromised my privacy. It was truly a disappointing experience that I hope gets addressed soon.

The open-air hallways surrounding the pool provided a pleasant atmosphere during my stay. The staff were helpful and made me feel welcome. I appreciated the convenience of secure parking, which made my visit easier. Being originally from Italy, I enjoyed the blend of American and Mexican culture during my stay.
The room was on the smaller side. I also wished there had been an in-room coffee maker.

The lobby and common areas were stunning. excellent for photos. The beds were very comfortable, and I appreciated the water pitcher in the room—small touches matter. I especially enjoyed the garden view, which added a nice touch to my stay.
The location felt dangerous at night, which overshadowed the convenience I expected for a one-night stay.
